Unfair!

years ago, I strongly believed that Life was Fair. Just as what our teacher told us, if you're rich, then you do have a great responsibility(your wealth of course) while if you're poor, then you're only responsible for little things. But i realized that our status is not always the basis to tell whether everything is fair or not(in general). another teacher asked us, "what if you only get to experience miseries and hurtful moments in life, would you still believe that life is fair?" or "if you were born with an abnormality, will the parents of that child think that life is fair?, knowing that there are millions of children born normal."
probably thinking what i am talking about? just sharing what i feel. this afternoon, while i was walking by the street, there were these 4 kids, carrying sacks and i think they were selling "scraps". i really pity them, they don't have slippers and their clothes were tattered. what angered me was that, they were trying to ride in the jeep but the driver shouted at them and told them to leave the car. ugh, people nowadays are so judgmental. just because they look "not-so-decent" doesn't mean that they don't have the right to ride a car. i think Bob Ong is right, (and i hate to say and admit this!), sometimes Filipino have this drive to look and judge on the appearance. Situations...Situations...Try going to a mall, let's say you wanna buy something, and if you are dark skinned, i'm sorry, but the sales lady will look MORE after the white skinned person. =(. sad but TRUE!
i really wanted to help those children, only that, they already ran away. i hope that in the future, i will have the chance to help unfortunate children like them.
